We’ve made ordering gravel and other aggregates as simple and stress-free as possible. Just choose how much material you need (use the yardage calculators if you’re not sure), pick your preferred delivery date, and place your order using any major credit card or any other payment options we offer.
Once your order is in, our friendly in-house support team will follow up to confirm the details. You’ll also get delivery confirmations the day before and the day of your scheduled drop-off.
On delivery day, a dump truck will arrive and unload your materials right where you need them. We do ask that someone be on-site to guide us—just to make sure everything lands in the right spot.

We ask that someone be on-site at the time of delivery to ensure the material is dumped exactly where you need it.
Your order will arrive via dump truck. For orders under 20 tons, delivery will typically be completed in a single load. Larger orders may require multiple truckloads.
Please note: our drivers do not exit the truck to manually spread material. However, in certain situations depending on the location, safety conditions, and the driver's discretion we may be able to tailgate spread the material. This means the truck moves forward while dumping, helping to distribute the load more evenly and making your post-delivery work a bit easier. This is common for Driveways.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Materials must meet our inspection requirements (see below).
Coverage includes quality issues, incorrect materials, and delivery errors.
Each claim is evaluated individually by our experienced team.
Inspection Requirements
To qualify for a refund or return:
- Inspect your materials within 48 hours of delivery.
- Document any issues with clear photos showing the problem. - Report concerns promptly—issues must be proven to have existed at delivery.
What’s Not Covered
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery
- Access issues that prevent successful delivery
- Damage or changes to materials caused by environmental factors after delivery
- Claims made without proper documentation within 48 hours
- Normal color variations in rock, gravel, or soil
- Undocumented or late claims
