Document any issues with clear photos showing the problem.

Report concerns promptly—issues must be proven to have existed at delivery.

What’s Not Covered
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery
  • Access issues that prevent successful delivery
  • Damage or changes to materials caused by environmental factors after delivery
  • Claims made without proper documentation within 48 hours
  • Normal color variations in rock, gravel, or soil
  • Undocumented or late claims
